The landlord risk score (0–100) is calculated from tenant review ratings across four dimensions — overall experience, maintenance responsiveness, communication, and lease fairness — combined with open housing code violations. Scores above 70 are green (good landlord), 40–70 are yellow (fair), and below 40 are red (caution). Every RiNo landlord is scored using the same formula.
Are RiNo landlord reviews verified?
Reviews are submitted anonymously by real tenants. RentIntell does not collect identifying information, but reviewers must agree to community guidelines. Reviews that violate guidelines are removed. Housing code violations are sourced directly from official city and county government data sources.
